The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number (required when you request a call), city or ZIP code, service requested, project description, preferred contact method, and an optional project photograph. Please do not submit sensitive personal documents.
How enquiries are used
Enquiries are used to discuss your project, confirm whether it can be accommodated, and arrange further communication. Submitting the form does not make an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiry details are stored privately in the WordPress database. Submitted photographs are checked and re-encoded as JPEG to remove embedded metadata, then stored as private database records rather than public media files. Authorized website administrators can access the details and photos. Hosting providers and backup operators may process copies as part of operating the site.
Email and notifications
Email notifications are currently disabled in this local installation. If a mail provider is configured at launch, enquiry details may be sent to the business through that provider. The owner must add the provider’s details here before enabling that workflow.
Technical data and cookies
The website uses a temporary one-way hash derived from the connection IP address to limit form abuse. This rate-limit record expires after one hour. Hosting and server logs may record technical request information. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and editing. This build does not include analytics, advertising pixels, third-party maps, or marketing cookies. Fonts are served locally.
Retention and your choices
The owner must approve and document a retention period before launch. Enquiries and photographs are not automatically deleted by this build. Ask Faran through the contact form about access, corrections, or deletion; include only the details needed to identify your enquiry. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup is rotated.

FRN Electric operates this website. Use the contact form for privacy questions until an approved public email address is listed. Review this policy whenever the site’s data collection, hosting, email, or tracking tools change.
